At Precision Construction, we believe our greatest asset is our people. Our team embodies the passion, expertise, and commitment to excellence that drive our success.

With a strong emphasis on company culture and our purpose to "build great people and quality homes", we have grown our in-house team to over 120 people.

Our people Onsite, we're proud to have our own in-house experienced project managers, skilled carpenters, diligent labourers and apprentices, collectively bringing over 200 years of industry experience.

Our site teams are supported by our dedicated support office team, including specialists in Quantity Surveying, Project Administration, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Finance, People, and Operations.

Together we are committed to delivering excellence in every project and creating homes and communities that reflect the highest standards.

The average tenure of our team is over 5 years, with some over 20 years. Precision Construction has a depth of capacity and breadth of experience to deliver construction projects across the Auckland and Northland areas.
