BACKGROUND

Eli began his apprenticeship with Precision Construction in 2005 and was indentured in 2008.  During that time, he was twice a finalist in the apprentice of the year competition.  

On completion of his apprenticeship, Eli quickly progressed through the ranks and became site manager for high end projects in 2009.  He worked as a site manager for three years before moving into a project management role in 2011.  During that tenure, Eli has worked predominantly in the high-end residential sector as well as on light commercial projects.  

Some highlights over this time have been the opportunity to be part of the successful delivery of some of Auckland’s premier residential homes.  

Eli enjoys keeping up with new and innovative building solutions, solving technical challenges which is a major benefit in the sector of bespoke construction.  

Eli’s forte is in delivery of the projects on program and to the highest quality.  This is based on his analytical approach in adhering to the stringent company standard operating procedures and quality assurance processes.  

Outside of work, Eli is a dedicated family man with two children.  He has many interests, including fishing, golf and diving. During his spare time Eli also participates in the ‘Big Buddy Program’ mentoring young men who lack a father figure.
