Precision Construction’s comprehensive quality management system ensures high standards are maintained throughout the build process. We have dedicated in-house resources that inspect quality checkpoints and controls at every stage, supported by unique standard operating procedures lived consistently by all our teams.
Our proactive approach to Quality Assurance (QA) involves integrating QA discussions into all our prestart meetings with subcontractors and construction teams. This ensures clear expectations are set before any task is undertaken, ensuring no remedial works after the task and QA review.

Precision Construction operates on the principles of equitable parity and a fair value exchange.
We deliver projects either on a fixed price lump sum basis or a cost reimbursement model, always maintaining a high level of transparency in our pricing.
We actively collaborate with our clients to provide cost-effective, fit for purpose solutions and ensure competitive pricing by sourcing multiple subcontractor bids for each trade and conducting thorough internal reviews.
