BACKGROUND
Born in Auckland, Stevie-Lee was raised in East and South Auckland, as well as Morrinsville. She completed her senior years at Alfriston College.
At 18, Stevie-Lee moved to Australia for a short time before returning to New Zealand to begin their career.
Starting in retail, she quickly progressed into management, becoming Whitcoulls’ youngest Store Manager at just 20 years old, and later the youngest Sales and Services Manager at Farmers at 22.
After two years in account management and sales – where they completed the David Foreman Sales Performer Certificate – Stevie-Lee joined EAP Services as a Team Leader in their call centre. Here, she discovered a passion for training and developing people, going on to manage large teams and further grow their leadership skills.
Stevie-Lee joined Precision Construction Limited in 2023 and is leading our people and safety functions. She is recognised as a passionate advocate for our people and a driving force behind building a strong, safety-focused culture. Known for her ability to connect with others, champion personal growth, and relentlessly promote wellbeing on site, Stevie-Lee ensures that our team feels valued, supported, and safe every day.
Outside of work, Stevie-Lee enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is a keen traveller.
