BACKGROUND
Mick was born in Auckland and raised in Wisconsin, USA, and Christchurch.
Mick has always had a passion for the construction industry, completing a pre-trade course and a National Certificate in Carpentry Level 4. He undertook his apprenticeship with a prestigious high-end company – Timber-Tech Construction.
In 2010, Mick moved to London where he worked for multiple construction companies and gained invaluable experience and knowledge.
Mick joined Precision Construction in 2015 as a Site Manager. He progressed through the Project Manager and into Construction Manager role, overseeing the delivery of a pool of projects.
In recent years he has moved into a dedicated Preconstruction Manager role, overseeing all preconstruction activities for all Precision Construction’s Residential Developments.
Mick has vast experience in the entire lifespan of a project from concept design, resource consent design, detailed design through to project kick-off, he coordinates and drives this process alongside consultants.
His involvement in the design phase, right through to the completion of the project, consistently delivers top quality builds in remarkably short timeframes.
Outside of work, Mick likes to spend time on the golf course, in the water, staying active, and with family and friends.
