This extensive waterfront home spans three sites and four levels. The project involved the transformation of a former apartment building into a single residence through a major renovation and structural rework.
The design integrates two boat sheds, a glasshouse, and terraced hard landscaping, all anchored by a dramatic suspended swimming pool.
The insitu concrete structure is finished in a refined mix of travertine, glass-reinforced concrete, and zinc cladding, with dark steel joinery adding depth and contrast.
The award-winning landscape design connects each level to the surrounding environment, culminating in expansive views over the water and Harbour Bridge. Smart home automation is seamlessly integrated throughout.
