Project scope included:

• Repurposing the front-of-house bar and seating area, including cutting down and reusing the existing bar
• New banquette seating and rejuvenation of the maître d' station
• Construction of new bathrooms
• Renovation of the commercial kitchen, back-of-house, and storage areas

One of the standout outcomes was transforming what the client described as "the worst bathrooms in Ponsonby" into one of the best, while breathing new life into an iconic hospitality venue - all within a tight programme, with no delays once work commenced. The project was completed on time, on budget, safely and to a high standard of quality.
