BACKGROUND
Samantha is an experienced Health & Safety Advisor with 10+ years’ experience in health and safety roles, including 3.5 years within the construction sector. Her experience spans both commercial and residential construction projects, where she has worked closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to support safe and successful project delivery. Samantha’s expertise includes contractor management, risk management, site inspections, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. She is committed to developing practical health and safety solutions that support compliance while adding real value to operational teams. Outside of work, Samantha is currently completing a Diploma in Quality Assurance, further strengthening her ability to integrate quality and health and safety systems to drive positive outcomes across projects and organisations. 2024 Recipient of the Site Safe Women in Construction Scholarship to complete her Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety Practice.
