BACKGROUND
Ling hails from Inner Mongolia. Armed with an academic background in industrial engineering, including expertise in process optimisation, supply chain management, quality control, human factors, cost analysis, project management, production planning, and mathematical modelling.
After seven years with the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in Beijing, Ling immigrated to New Zealand. Her professional journey includes roles in estimating, process management and quantity surveying.
Ling serves as Precision Construction’s Procurement Manager.
In her role, Ling focuses on seamless collaboration between departments, meticulously preparing essential documents, coordinating material transfers, and swiftly resolving any issues. Her strategic acumen is instrumental in building robust partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors. Ling's proactive approach, timely forecasts, and data-driven analyses have fostered remarkably close relationships with collaborating companies. Her reports, rich in information, empower well-informed decisions.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ling is a devoted mother, balancing the demands of her career with the joys of life. Her diverse interests, include pursuits like drone flying and video editing, highlighting a continuous quest for knowledge and innovation.
