BACKGROUND
Jesse began his career in Palmerston North with a comprehensive apprenticeship at Wood Robson Ltd, gaining a solid foundation in residential construction and shopfitting. This early experience gave him the practical skills and adaptability needed to thrive in the building industry. He later moved to Wellington, where he established and ran his own construction company. This entrepreneurial chapter broadened his expertise across a wide range of projects and showcased his versatility as a builder and leader. It was also in Wellington that Jesse met his wife, and together they relocated to Auckland to be closer to family and new opportunities. Jesse’s innovative approach and ability to contribute fresh ideas have earned him recognition, including multiple awards in the Master Builders House of the Year (bronze, silver, and gold).

Since joining Precision Construction, he has successfully managed a variety of high-quality residential homes and multi-unit developments. Today, Jesse leads our Custom Projects & Maintenance Division, overseeing a team dedicated to delivering tailored solutions—from preventative and planned maintenance to small- scale bespoke projects. Known for his reliability and attention to detail, Jesse ensures every job is completed with precision and care. Outside of work, Jesse is a devoted family man and an avid sports enthusiast, both on and off the field.
