Eli started as an apprentice with Precision Construction in 2005 and completed his apprenticeship in 2008.

He worked as a site manager for 3 years before moving into a project management role in 2011 and then into a Project Director role. During this period, Eli has predominantly worked in the high-end residential sector as well as on light commercial projects.

Some highlights over this time have been the opportunity to be part of the successful delivery of some of Auckland’s premier residential homes.

Eli enjoys keeping up with new and innovative building solutions, solving technical challenges and the problem-solving requirement that the project management roll brings.
