History

Precision Construction evolved from a partnership which was founded in 1979 by Grant Millar and Rosemary Macdonald. The focus being alterations, additions and the construction of new townhouses in the rapidly growing Eastern suburbs of Auckland. This successful partnership continued through to 1998 until Rosemary’s failing health made it difficult to continue.

In 1999 a new company was incorporated Precision Construction Ltd with Grant Millar firmly at the helm. The company expanded and in 2003 Danny Spooner the company’s quantity surveyor was appointed a director.

Company’s Growth

Over the last two decades Precision Construction has built an enviable track record which demonstrates experience in Residential and Light Commercial construction for a broad spectrum of clients. We are proud to live up to our motto, “Do it right the first time”. With this approach, our aim is zero defects at the conclusion of any contract.
