Precision construction operates from premises located at Level 1, 47 Leonard Rd, Mount Wellington. We employ 26 staff comprising of 6 qualified site supervisors, 9 carpenters, 5 apprentices, 4 labourers and backed up by 2 administration staff.

With its core activity, the construction of high quality homes, residential alterations, office fit outs and light commercial buildings which generates a turnover of $8 million annually.

We believe that by employing qualified trade staff and implementing quality control systems and procedures together with a broad base of reliable subcontractors we are able to deliver quality projects with zero defects.
